On Friday we went with my Mom and Dad to Thanksgiving Point to see the Tulips. The flowers were really pretty and most of the time we were all by ourselves, so it was quite relaxing. The kids ran all around playing and rolling down the hills. I love going to the gardens, walking around, and looking at all of the beautiful things. It's great to be outside. If I lived closer I'd like to go more often. It's also great to spend time with my Mom and Dad. The kids love being with Grandma and Grandpa as much as possible. I'm so thankful we live so close and are able to see them so much. They are a great help to me and wonderful example's to my children.

We couldn't decide if we should go or not because of the weather. It was kind of windy and sprinkling rain, but we knew the tulips would be gone soon, so we tried it. We took umbrellas with us just in case. It turned out we didn't need them, but Kayleigh and Mckenna had fun walking with them anyways.

The girls favorite thing to see is The Secret Garden. To get to the entrance you walk under a covered path, and you can see in the pictures, it also has a pretty fountain. I'm sure it's only meant to look at, but Noah thought it was fun to walk around the edge, and being encouraged by his sister Mckenna, he also thought it looked fun to dive in. We all told him, Noah don't you dare do it and I really didn't think he would, but obviously I was wrong, he did. It went all the way up to his waist. Luckily there was no one else around. Noah spent the rest of the day with a jacket tied around his waist for pants. You'd think he may have regretted jumping in the cold water and being wet for the rest of the day, but no, it was well worth it to him. He loved every minute of it and it was fun to see him so happy.
